This is a Level 1 Class which means there is no requirement for previous classes. This class teaches the foundation of skills for good manners. We have designed this class to promote positive behavior in your dog whenever you have your dog around people and other dogs. Skills include sit, down, wait, stay, come when called, loose leash walking and more

Jewel is the trainer for this class and will help you lay a solid foundation for a well behaved dog. This class serves as a prerequisite for more advanced classes.

We recommend the full curriculum of 8 classes but do sell options of 4 weeks so that you can work with your calendar and budget or in case you want to take a couple of extra weeks to practice with a trainer. This class is a rolling enrollment which means that you typically can start as soon as we have an open seat in the class. This class can be repeated until comfortable. Testing will occur every 2-3 months.

Dogs participating must not have any aggression issues or a history of aggression.

All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and healthy.

Classes will be held at our Training Center at 422 Valley View Drive, Clyde NC 28721

Make sure to bring plenty of treats. You will also need a 6 foot leash, a harness or flat buckle collar.

*dogs will not be allowed to wear prong collars, choke chains or e-collars at any point during class*
